I'M FROM Rice Toner 150ml

This toner is packed with 77.78% goami rice extracts, which provides anti-wrinkle and brightening care while delivering moisturizing benefits. Other key ingredients include rice bran extract, amaranthus caudatus seed extract and portulaca oleracea extract, which provide nourishing and soothing effects. Formula treats skin concerns such as dry or fatigued skin as well as aging skin with fine lines.
