What are your delivery options?

Your orders will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided. We arranged for delivery couriers to pickup and deliver the products. 

We do not have pick-up or meet-up options.

How long is the delivery period?

2 days. We strive for our customers to receive their orders within 2 days from placement of order for deliveries in Dubai and nearby areas. For farther areas, additional 1 day maybe required. 

How much is the shipping charge?

We have a flat shipping rate of AED17. We will continue to look for opportunities to reduce this shipping fee. We run free or discounted shipping fee promotions from time to time so watch out for these promotions which will be announced on our website and our social media pages.

Where are you delivering?

We deliver to any address inside the UAE (United Arab Emirates). We currently cannot deliver outside UAE.

Do I have to pay the Carrier that delivered my order?

If you paid by credit card, debit card or other online payment methods, you do not have to pay anything to the carrier. Paying tip or gratuity shall be your sole discretion.

However, if you ordered and opted to pay by cash on delivery (COD), then you are required to pay the COD amount payable to the Carrier. The payment shall be in cash only. The Carrier is instructed to refuse handing over the order unless you have fully paid the COD.
